History

Quay Living was created in 2010 to satisfy clients’ desires for a comprehensive one-stop property service, spanning short lettings, long lettings, sales and investment. Its sister company, Quay Holidays was established in 2006, and within four years became the biggest provider of high-quality holiday accommodation in Poole. Its move to larger, high-profile offices in Orchard Plaza allowed Quay to expand into Estate Agency in sales, residential lettings and block management.

The group currently manages a substantial portfolio of approximately 200 properties in and around Poole and Bournemouth. Our experienced sales team have developed a proven track record selling apartments and houses throughout Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks and other local centres.
